Amelia won the Region 3 Individual Championship this weekend hosted by Finger Lakes CC.  The sophomore completed the 5K race in 21:25, forty seconds ahead of the runner-up.  She also improved her time by nearly a minute from when she last raced the course at the Bruce Bridgeman Invitational in September.
