Athena had a great showing at the Region 3 Championships this weekend.  She finished first in the 3000 meter steeplechase, the 1500 meters, the 800 meters, and as a member of the 4x400 relay team.  She finished the steeplechase over a minute and a half ahead of the runner-up and over ten seconds ahead of the runner-up in both the 1500 meters and the 800 meters.
