Mohamed opened his sophomore season for the Hawks winning the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational for the second straight season.  He finished the 6K course in 19:20.6, crossing the finish line less than three seconds before the second place finisher.  His time is over 40 seconds faster than his winning mark as a freshman.
