Mendoza had a stellar offensive week for the Lakers. He scored 5 total goals, 3 against SUNY Adirondack CC and 2 in his sophomore game against Erie CC. Gabriel is currently second in the Region in goals with 19, and points with 47.

Sport:  Volleyball

College:  SUNY Broome Community College

Hometown:  Binghamton, New York

Kosinski led Broome to the Mid-State Athletic Conference Championship this weekend with wins over Finger Lakes CC in the semi-finals and host Jefferson CC in the finals. She had 31 assists against Finger Lakes and 40 against Jefferson for a total of 71 on the championship weekend. Brianna also had 15 blocks, 20 digs, and 3 aces between the two matches. Kosinski was also named to the MSAC All-Conference Team.

Hometown:  Watertown, New York

Piper used a strong start to build an early lead and quickly pulled away from the field in Saturday's Mid-State Athletic Conference Championship race as she found herself running all alone by the half mile mark. She continued her srong showing through a hilly second mile increasing her advantage.  She was able to cruise through the last mile and won by almost 2 full minutes finishing the 5K course in 22:39.78. Piper's win earned her MSAC Female Runner of the Year.

Miko dominated play for Genesee having a hand in all but one Cougar goal in a pair of wins. She collected 8 points on three goals, including both game winners, and a pair of assists. On the season she has 6 game winners which currently has her tied for 3rd nationally.
