Adam opened the spring season with two top three finishes at the St. Joseph's College Spring Open.  Adam finished third in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:40 and second in the 800 meters crossing the finish line at 2:14.

Sport:  Lacrosse

College:  Onondaga Community College

Hometown:  Baldwinsville, New York

Frank led the Lazers to a 17-5 win over #6 nationally ranked Genesee CC.  He recorded 20 saves while allowing only five Cougar goals.  Delia added three ground balls as Onondaga picked up their first Region III win of the season.

Sport:  Baseball

College:  Hudson Valley Community College

Hometown:  Mandan, North Dakota

In six games this week Jackson batted .550 (11-20) with 3 doubles, 1 triple and four home runs. Jackson became the Vikings all-time home run king as he now has 18 career home runs. In 26 plate appearances, he drove in 15 runs, scored 10 runs, slugged 1.400 and posted an on-base percentage of .615.

Marguertie Cuddy

Sport:  Lacrosse

College:  Onondaga Community College

Hometown:  Auburn, New York

Cuddy led the Onondaga offense in a pair of games this weekend.  In the season opener for the Lazers Marguertie had six goals in a 19-14 loss to #2 nationally ranked Harford Community College.  She followed with a pair of goals and three assists in a 23-2 win over #5 ranked Howard Community College.

Sport:  Softball

College:  Columbia-Greene Community College

Hometown:  Hudson, New York

Hoffman helped the Twins to a season opening sweep of Bergen CC.  She picked up the win in the opener allowing single earned run with seven strikeouts in a 5-2 victory.  At the plate Kaylee homered in each game, scored three runs, and had 4 RBI's.
