Rodrigo Albuquerque Sport: Soccer College: Genesee Community College Albuquerque scored six goals for 12 points including the game winner against Prince George's Community College last weekend. Rodrigo scored the first three goals for the Cougars leading the team to a 4-0 victory and a 2-1 for the week.

John Godfrey Sport: Cross Country College: SUNY Adirondack Hometown: Fort Edward, New York Godfrey finished 9th overall at the Castleton Invitational this weekend competing primarily against athletes from 4 year programs. He finished the 8K race in 29:51, good for a 6:01 per mile pace. |

Cody Workman Sport: Football College: Erie Community College Hometown: Columbus, Ohio Workman helped lead the Kats offense in a 48-14 win over Regional rival Hudson Valley Community College with his arm and legs with four total touchdowns (3 passing, 1 rushing). Cody threw for 129 yards on 6 of 8 passing and added 74 yards rushing on 11 attempts. He also helped keep the Vikings offense at bay averaging 34 yards per punt with a long of 59 yards including 3 punts inside the 20. |

Sydnee Metzold Sport: Soccer College: Hudson Valley Community College Hometown: Rotterdam, New York Sydnee had a career week as she led the Vikings to a 3-0 record. She scored nine goals, three assists for 21 total points this week. She now has 13 goals, six assists for 32 points in the first five games of the year, eclipsing her season totals from her freshman season a year ago. She currently leads Region 3 in goals and points.

Ana Carolina Cerezer Pinto Sport: Volleyball College: Genesee Community College Hometown: Jundiai, Brazil Pinto led the Cougars to a 3-1 record last week that included a 9-0 set score with 3 wins in the team's home-opening pod play action. Two weeks into the season, Pinto ranks first in the Region in three categories and in the top-five in another category. Her hitting percentage of .358, 4.9 points per set, and 1.54 aces/set lead the Region while her 3.15 kills/set currently rank fifth. She is currently 14th hitting percentage and 16th in points-per-set in Division III nationally. |

Piper Warren Sport: Cross Country College: Jefferson Community College Hometown: Watertown, New York Piper started her collegiate running career off in style at the 28th Annual Oswego State Cross Country Invitational this past weekend. She finished 36th overall with a time of 16:34.2 amongst NCAA DIII and NJCAA runners; her finish was more than 3 minutes ahead of the next NJCAA runner and her time for the 4 kilometer course converts to the second fastest time in JCC history. |
