Kyle Bimek Sport: Soccer College: Monroe Community College Hometown: Mississauga, Ontario Kyle made six saves, including a point-blank stop with less than 10 seconds remaining earning the shutout for the Tribunes as the MCC men's soccer team started the season with a 1-0 victory over Morton College this weekend.

Jared Craw Sport: Cross Country College: Hudson Valley Community College Hometown: Colonie, New York Jared placed 14th overall at the SUNY Poly Invitational this weekend finishing the 6K race with a final time of 20:20. Craw's final time was the best among all Region 3 participants at the event. |

John Daly Sport: Football College: Hudson Valley Community College Hometown: Sparkill, New York Daly had a career game against Nassau Community College on Saturday. John finished the game with career highs in receptions, yards and touchdowns. He compiled 212 yards on 13 receptions and added two touchdowns in the team's opening game of the season and is currently sitting atop the NJCAA with his 212 receiving yards. |

Hannah DeLorenzo Sport: Volleyball College: Monroe Community College Hometown: Hilton, New York DeLorenzo did a bit of everything as the MCC volleyball team went 5-0 and won the 2018 Jefferson Invitational Tournament. She averaged 3.8 kills, 5.0 assists, 2.6 digs, and 1.0 blocks per set as the Tribunes won every set on the way to the tournament title.

Kerene Johnson Sport: Soccer College: Corning Community College Hometown: New York, New York Johnson led the Red Barons to a pair of Region III wins this weekend scoring seven goals and assisting on another. In the team's 5-4 over North Country Community College on Saturday she tallied four goals and assisted on the other in the win. |

Mercedes Planavsky Sport: Cross Country College: Hudson Valley Community College Hometown: Ballston Spa, New York Out of 72 total runners, the Vikings had three individuals finish inside the top-30 overall. Mercedes Planavsky was the top finisher for HVCC crossing the line in 15th place with a time of 18:08 in the 4K race. |
