Samuel Naiwo Sport: Soccer College: SUNY Adirondack Hometown: London, England Samuel scored 3 goals and had 2 assists during conference wins on the road this week for the Timberwolves, who improve to 5-1 in Region III competition. Naiwo had 2 goals and 2 assists in a 4-1 victory at Clinton. He followed that up with a goal in a 4-1 victory at North Country. Naiwo has scored at least 1 goal in 8 of 9 total matches this season for Adirondack, and has a tallied 12 goals and 5 assists.

McZiggy Richards Sport: Soccer College: Tompkins Cortland Community College Hometown: Brooklyn, NY Richards posted two shutouts in goal for the Panthers this week. On Wednesday, he anchored a defense that kept Monroe off the board in a 0-0 double-overtime tie. On Saturday he again posted a clean slate in TC3's 1-0 win over Onondaga. McZiggy now has three straight shutouts and four on the season.

Christina Rauh Sport: Volleyball College: Jamestown Community College Hometown: Ashville, NY Christina helped lead the way to a 3-0 weekend for the JCC Jayhawks. They beat undefeated Corning, along with other wins against Monroe and Finger Lakes CC. Christina recorded 12 aces, 85 assists, 28 kills, 17 digs and 1 block in an all around effort on the weekend.

Brittany Maggio Sport: Soccer College: Finger Lakes Community College Hometown: Ontario, NY Maggio scored a season-high four goals for the Lakers in a 4-0 victory over Jamestown on Wednesday. She followed with a two goal, and two assist performance on Saturday in a win over Cayuga. Brittany is currently leading the NJCAA in goals (21) and points (47).
