Triston Henry Sport: Soccer College: Herkimer County Community College Hometown: Scarborough, Ontario Henry recorded a shutout, his third shutout of the season, against SUNY Adirondack last week. Herkimer (5-0) was led by Henry, who allowed one goal in three games last week, amassing nine saves. His play has allowed the Generals to outscore their opponents 17-1 this season.

Rob Liciardi Sport: Soccer College: Tompkins Cortland Community College Hometown: North Babylon, NY Rob scored the game-winning goal in TC3's 1-0 overtime win against Broome CC this week giving him goals in four straight contests. He followed that effort up with two assists in the 4-0 win over Erie CC, and now is tied for the team lead in assists.

Jackie Harris Sport: Volleyball College: Onondaga Community College Hometown: West Genesee, NY Harris led the Lazers volleyball team to a 2-1 record this Saturday at Monroe CC. Onondaga finished with a loss to Corning CC in 5 Sets, a win over Finger Lakes CC in 4 sets and a win over Monroe CC in 5 sets. Playing the libero position Jackie has been ranked as high as 2nd in the nation in digs per set and overall digs. Jackie fished the 3 matches with 106 digs with a 7.5 dig per set average.

Alexis Dalberth Sport: Soccer College: Monroe Community College Hometown: Greece, NY Dalberth, a sophomore forward out of Greece Odyssey High School, had a huge week as the MCC women's soccer team swept a pair of games. Alexis finished with a career-high nine points in an 8-0 win over Bryant & Stratton Wednesday, totaling three goals and three assists. She nearly equaled that feat Saturday, finishing with three goals and two assists in a 10-0 victory against Anne Arundel CC.
