Tom Debenham Sport: Soccer College: SUNY Adirondack Hometown: Bury St. Edmunds, England Sophomore defender Tom Debenham scored 2 goals and 1 assist while playing in only the first 40 minutes of a road victory over Jefferson CC. Debenham currently has 4 goals and 3 assists in 5 matches this season.

Connor Lucas Sport: Cross Country College: Finger Lakes Community College Hometown: Nunda, NY Connor finished a team best 7th for Finger Lakes that their home meet, the Bruce Bridgeman Invitational on Saturday with a time of 29:53 (5:59 mile pace). Lucas now has 2 top 10 finishes in his first two races.

Shannon Gunnell Sport: Volleyball College: Jamestown Community College Hometown: Falconer, NY Shannon led the Jayhawks as they began regional competition this week with a 3-1 record. In 14 sets played, she recorded 8 aces, 38 kills in 98 attempts, 41 digs and 10 blocks in wins against Niagara CCC, Fulton-Montgomery CC and Mohawk Valley CC.

Ryenn Smith Sport: Volleyball College: Finger Lakes Community College Hometown: Lyons, NY Smith recorded a season-high 27 kills against Jefferson and 22 digs against SUNY Adirondack. She also had 24 kills in 5-set victory at Monroe Community College. Ryenn averaged 17.2 kills per match (4.3 k/s) and 10.6 digs per match (2.65 d/s) for the week.
