Chyanna Bernier Sport: Cross Country College: Herkimer College Hometown: Ilion, NY Chyanna was the winner of the Mountain Valley Conference Championship this past weekend. She ran the 5K race held in Queensbury, NY in a time of 19:19:14 leading her team to the conference championship.

Hannah Parucki Sport: Soccer College: Erie Community College Hometown: Tonawanda, NY Hannah scored three goals in a 5-0 win over Onondaga Community College in the final regular season game of the year for the Kats. The win helped the team earn the second overall seed, and top seed in the District B bracket of the Region III, Division III Championship tournament.
