Frank Delia Sport: Lacrosse College: Onondaga Community College Hometown: Baldwinsville, NY In Onondaga’s only game last week Delia made 12 saves in the team’s 14-10 win over #4 ranked Genesee Community College. He was the difference maker in the game as the top ranked Lazers improved to 5-0 to start the season, 3-0 in Region III games.

Alyssa Johnston Sport: Softball College: Mercyhurst University - North East Hometown: North East, PA Alyssa went 12-for-13 at the plate in four games this week. In those 12 hits, she had six doubles and a home run. To start the week, she went 3-for-3 against Corning Community College, and then on the same day, she had a 4-for-4 game against Jefferson CC. On Sunday, she went 2-for-3 vs Cuyahoga and then finished the week with a 3-for-3 game against Onondaga CC.
