Jacob had an impact both at the plate and on the mound for the Hornets helping them secure a double-header sweep of Finger Lakes in their only games this week. He was 6 for 6 at the plate including a double and a triple, with four walks, scoring five runs with 5 RBI. He finished both games on the mound allowing one run in two innings in the opener and then pitched a scoreless seventh inning picking up the save in game two, recoding a combined six strikeouts. |
