In his first match of the week in a dual against Niagara CCC, Ramsey bumped up a weight class and earned the fall over Lenox Walker in 3:18. His fall helped the Jayhawks defeat the Thunuderwolves 21-18, defeating Niagara for the first time in the past 20 years. At the Jamestown Community College Open, Brendon had an outstanding day on the mat, placing second in the 133 pound weight class. Her earned a 17-1 technical fall in the opening round and then a 10-2 major decision in the quarters. Ramsey grinded out a 6-1 decision win over Joey Powers of Cortland State in the semis before falling in the finals. |
