Hunter placed 10th in the Hamilton Cross Country Invitational this weekend. He ran the 8K in
26:56, his personal best of the season.  Brignall was the top junior college finisher helping lead the Lakers to a 7th place finish.

College:  Hudson Valley Community College

Hometown:  Rochester, New York

Floyd had a historic day rushing for the Vikings as he ran for 250 yards on 32 attempts. He became the first Viking to reach 250 rushing yards in a game since Vikings Hall of Fame running back Emmanuel Marc.

College:  Onondaga Community College

Hometown:  Dublin, Ireland

Conor tallied five goals and an assist in a pair of wins for the Lazers this week.  He scored a pair of goals in a 4-2 win over Cayuga scoring the game tying goal in the first minute of the second half and an insurance goal giving OCC a two goal lead with twenty minutes remaining.  He then scored three goals in the team's 9-1 win over North Country CC helping extend their winning streak to 11 straight.

Sport:  Volleyball

College:  Jamestown Community College

Hometown:  Ripley, New York

Cameryn had an outstanding defensive weekend to help the Jayhawks stay undefeated in Regional play. She compiled 7 kills, 77 digs and 10 service aces on the weekend including a record high 33 digs against Corning and another 19 against Broome. Hawkins delivered a strong offensive threat with her serve with 6 aces against Tompkins Cortland. Cameryn continues to be a dominate defender, leading the Region in digs.

Sport:  Cross Country

College:  Mohawk Valley Community College

Hometown:  Remson, New York

Brynne finished 19th in a field of 79 runners this weekend at the Hamilton College Invitational. She was the top finisher among the two-year college competition, finishing more than half a minute before the next Region III runner crossed the finish line. Her time of 20:40.2 was the best of her freshman campaign to date.

College:  Mohawk Valley Community College

Hometown:  Lake Pleasant, New York

Thompson had 2 goals and an assist leading the Hawk to a 3-0 win over 4th ranked, and previously undefeated, Herkimer College this week.  She then added another pair of goals in a shutout win over Jefferson CC.  On the season Thompson has 13 goals, 7 assists, and 33 points placing her in the top 10 in the Region in both goals and points.
