Bergman had a combined 11 saves in two games over the weekend on Long Island. The sophomore keeper shutout the Suffolk County Community Sharks 3-0 on Saturday and kept the Cougars in the contest against #3 nationally-ranked Nassau Community

College:  Hudson Valley Community College

Hometown:  Troy, New York

The HVCC men's cross country team competed at the Steven A. Warde Invitational hosted by SUNY Cobleskill this week finishing in eighth place out of 11 qualifying teams.  Leading the way for the Vikings was Joseph Degiorgio who finished the 8K race in 20th place with an official time of 30:07.19.

College:  SUNY Broome Community College

Hometown:  Endicott, New York

Savannah has led the Hornets in both offense and defense statistics helping the team to a 7-1 overall record, 3-0 conference record, and a Championship at the Jefferson Tournament this past weekend. Savannah is currently #1 in total kills and #1 in total digs in the Region, with 85 kills on the season with 4.47/set and 95 digs on the season with 5 digs/set.

Sport:  Cross Country

College:  Mohawk Valley Community College

Hometown:  Remson, New York

Brynne finished in 2nd place as an individual runner at the Finger Lakes CC meet on Saturday with a time of 23:49.5, a pace of 7:41/mile. She was the top finisher from Region III, finishing more than 25 seconds ahead of her closer Region III competitor.

College:  Herkimer College

Hometown:  Oneida, New York

Kayla helped lead the Generals offense in a pair of wins this week.  She scored 3 goals and added an assist against SUNY Adirondack and tallied 2 more goals against Columbia-Greene in only 45 minutes of action in each game. She is also a dual sport athlete as she is a standout volleyball player for Herkimer as well.
