College:  Hudson Valley Community College

Hometown:  Hoosick Falls, New York

Hurlburt led the Hudson Valley Men's Bowling team to a first place finish at the latest Mountain Valley Conference match held Friday.  In his first block of games he posted scores of 248, 268, and 259 for a three game total of 775.

College:  Monroe Community College

Hometown:  Rochester, New York

Competing at the SUNY Geneseo Invitational on Saturday, Neas placed first in both the 1 Meter and 3 Meter Diving events.  Completing against four, four-year institutions Corey's scores of 551.80 in the 1 Meter and 568.10 in the 3 Meter set new records at MCC, in Region III, and in the Northeast District of the NJCAA in 11 dive scoring events.

College:  Jefferson Community College

Hometown:  Brooklyn, New York

Murphy averaged 18 points, 11 rebounds, and 12 asssits in a pair of wins for the Cannoneers this week.  On Wednesday, he posted a triple-double with 16 points, 15 rebounds, and 11 assists in a road win over Tompkins Cortland CC.  He followed up with a double-double scoring 20 points and dishing out 13 assists in a home win over Finger Lakes CC.  On the defensive end he added eight steals and 4 blocked shots as the Cannoneers improved to 13-6 on the season.

Lexi DeBeatham

Sport:  Basketball

College:  Herkimer College

Hometown:  Albany, New York

DeBeatham's hot shooting helped lead the Generals to a 3-1 record this week including a win over nationally ranked Mohawk Valley CC.  In the four games she was 13 for 21 from 3 point range and 7 for 8 from the charity stripe.  The only member of her team to start every game this season, she has provided the leadership and consistency to help the team retain a top ten national ranking throughout the season.

Sport:  Bowling

College:  Hudson Valley Community College

Hometown:  Lake Katrine, New York

Thomas has been performing at her best all season and she continued last week with
back-to-back-to-back matches. She posted a game-high 201 with a 557 three game block on
Friday and ended the weekend with a second place finish in the Schenectady Invitational with a total score of 905, just five pins off the leader.
