Liam Bonk Sport: Basketball College: Jefferson Community College Hometown: Theresa, New York Liam helped lead the Cannoneers to a 3-0 week with a win at home over Tompkins Cortland CC and wins on the road against nationally ranked #6 Herkimer College and Columbia-Greene CC. Bonk recorded 3 double-doubles in all three games, averaging 15.6 points and 12.5 rebounds. Liam is usually assigned to one of the better offensive players of the other teams and is continually improving his game, both offensively and defensively. Liam is currently in the top ten in the Region in rebounding with 8.4 rebounds per game. |

Frankie Gissendaner Sport: Wrestling College: Niagara County Community College Hometown: Rochester, New York Gissendaner won the 149-pound weight class at the New York State Collegiate Championships at SUNY Oswego this weekend. Went 5-0 at the tournament with three pins. He is now 18-0 on the season for NCCC, which is ranked #17 in the latest NJCAA National poll. |

Carlitos Sanchez Sport: Swimming & Diving College: Genesee Community College Hometown: Albion, New York Sanchez helped pace the Cougars Men's Swimming & Diving team this weekend at the North Country Invitational hosted by SUNY Potsdam. He finished 4th in the 100 Yard Free, 7th in the 100 Yard Backstroke, and 8th in the 100 Yard Butterfly.

Paige Chilton Sport: Basketball College: Clinton Community College Hometown: Ellenburg, New York Paige had two great games this weekend averaging 22.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 7.5 blocks per game. She posted a double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds in a four point loss to Cayuga CC on Saturday and followed up Sunday with a triple-double with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 blocks against Onondaga CC.
