Daniel Bonehill Sport: Soccer College: Cayuga Community College Hometown: Birmingham, England Daniel recorded a hat trick with 3 goals and an assist in the Spartans 4-0 victory over SUNY Broome CC this week. He also recorded an assist in a home contest against Jamestown CC as the team finished the week 2-0.

Femi Kaffo Sport: Soccer College: Herkimer College Hometown: London, England Kaffo scored two goals and accumulated three assists last week for the Generals. His first assist was the game-winner to Yuu Sasaki in double overtime at TC3. He then had two goals and two assists in a 12-0 victory over Clinton CC this weekend.

Jason Vranic Sport: Football College: Erie Community College Hometown: Wheatfield, NY Jason started this season the way he finished last season by leading the Kats defensively with 16 tackles (13 solo) in splitting a pair of games last week. In addition, Jason forced a fumble and had 4 tackles for losses. The team captain was the only Erie player to appear in the team's top-5 for tackles in each game, leading the team in a win at Brockport (9 tackles), while finishing second in a loss to No. 2-ranked Nassau Community College (7 tackles). Jason's performance helped Scott Pilkey earn his 1st collegiate coaching win in his 1st game.

Female Athletes of the Week

Allie Bubar Sport: Volleyball College: Niagara County Community College Hometown: Wilson, NY Bubar led the Thunderwolves to three wins at this past weekend's SUNY Adirondack pod. In a five-set win over North Country CC, Bubar finished with a career-high 23 kills. She added 17 kills and 13 digs in a win over Hudson Valley CC, 11 kills and six service aces in a win vs. Columbia-Greene CC and 10 kills and nine digs in a tough loss to the host Timberwolves. Bubar has notched 92 kills in just eight matches this season.

Amber Edwards Sport: Volleyball College: Corning Community College Hometown: Canisteo, NY Amber tallied 37 kills on 68 attempts and had 15 blocks as the Corning volleyball team went 4-0 on the weekend defeating Herkimer College, Fulton Montgomery CC, Mohawk Valley CC, and Jefferson CC. She was an integral part of the Red Barons offense and dominated at the net defensively.
