Kievonn Banks Sport: Basketball College: Finger Lakes Community College Hometown: Rochester, NY Kievonn Banks had another strong week for the Lakers. He recorded two double-doubles over the weekend against Mohawk Valley and Herkimer. Banks averaged 18 points and 8 rebounds a game. He also averaged 3 assists per game for the Lakers. |

My'Asia Alston Sport: Basketball College: Hudson Valley Community College Hometown: Cohoes, NY My'Asia recorded 31 points, four rebounds and seven steals in a win over SUNY Adirondack on Saturday and then came back on Sunday with 28 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals in a win over Schenectady CCC. |

Tamara Miler Sport: Swimming & Diving College: Monroe Community College Hometown: Prevalje, Slovenia Miler won three individual events and was part of three winning relay teams to help lead the MCC women's swimming and diving team to a second-place finish at the North Country Invitational at SUNY Potsdam last weekend. Miler captured the 500 free (5:07.68), the 1,650 free (17:31.64) and the 400 IM (4:45.18) for the Tribunes. She was also part of the winning 200 and 400 medley relay teams, which set new college, regional, and district records, as well as the 400 free relay. |

Shahadah Williams Sport: Basketball College: Herkimer College Hometown: Syracuse, NY Shahadah had 21 points, 17 rebounds, 7 assists, and 8 steals in a 71-69 victory over Corning on Saturday. On Sunday in a 59-54 win over Finger Lakes, she had 15 points, 19 rebounds, 5 assists, 6 steals, and 3 blocks. For the week she averaged 18.0 ppg, 18.0 rpg, 6.0 apg, 7.0 spg, and 1.5 bpg to the lead the Generals to a 2-0 week. |
