Francisco Williams Sport: Basketball College: Niagara County Community College Hometown: Queens, NY Williams had a pair of big games this past week for the Thunderwolves. In a 77-62 home win against Mercyhurst North East, Williams finished with 20 points and 12 rebounds. The 6-foot-7 freshman forward followed that up with 12 points and seven boards in a narrow 92-90 loss at Monroe CC. |

Brittany Anderson Sport: Basketball College: Onondaga Community College Hometown: Seneca Falls, NY Brittany played a significant role in helping to extend the nationally-ranked Lazers' winning streak to eight games as the sophomore guard averaged 21.3 points per game on a combined 18-for-40 (.450) shooting from the field. Anderson set a new carer-high with 33 points on Monday as the Lazers defeated then No. 5 Mohawk Valley, 75-69, in overtime after sinking four from 3-point land. Anderson would follow up her career-performance with 13 and 18 points, respectively, against Finger Lakes CC and Cayuga CC. |
