Chris Davison Sport: Men's Soccer College: Cayuga Community College Hometown: Newcastle, England Chris had another great week in the Cayuga Spartans jersey. He completed his first hat-trick for Cayuga and had an assist for the Spartans, as well as 9 shots on goal.

Connor Halsted Sport: Men's Soccer College: Genesee Community College Hometown: Hemlock, NY Goalkeeper Connor Halsted went 3-0 in net last week for the GCC men's soccer team. Halstead did not allow a goal in the three contests, shutting out SUNY Adirondack, Jamestown CC and Onondaga CC. He tallied a total of 20 saves, including one on a penalty kick (and the ensuing rebound) against JCC, a game that decided the Western New York Athletic Confernece title.

Female Athletes of the Week

Victoria Campanian Sport: Cross Country College: Herkimer College Hometown: Glenfield, NY Victoria took first place overall at SUNY Delhi a 5K race with a time of 19:56.8 on Wednesday this week (a 6:26 mile pace). On Saturday, she finished in 12th place at the Hamilton College Invitational, the top finisher of all Junior College competitors with a time of 18:17.1 at a 5:54 mile pace.
