Chuck Collins Sport: Cross Country College: Finger Lakes Community College Hometown: Geneva, NY Chuck finished 2nd at the Houghton College Short Course Race this past Friday. In a final sprint, he finished 1.5 seconds out of first place. Finger Lakes was the only 2-year school participating in this 5 team race.

Female Athlete of the Week

Jessica Cost Sport: Volleyball College: Onondaga Community College Hometown: Marcellus, NY Jessica Cost played an integral role in the Onondaga CC volleyball team going 4-0 so far this season. In the Lazers' only match last week, Cost posted an impressive line with 19 assists, two kills and three service aces as Onondaga defeated Davis College, 3-0. For the season, Cost has amassed 45 helpers and 17 digs in only 10 sets.
