Kara won two individual events this week at the first Western New York Athletic Conference Meet of the season hosted by Jamestown CC. The sophomore won the 100-Yard Freestyle in 59.75, the only competitor to break the one minute mark and then added a first place finish in the 100 Yard Individual Medley with a time of 1:09.57, nearly five seconds faster than the event runner-up. |
